Kultür Magazine Feature
Although a few of my photos have been published before, it has always been to illustrate other peoples work or articles. So when photographer Hanna Fredholm asked me if I wanted to work with her and submit some pics for Kultür Magazine's burlesque issue, of course I said yes! The photos we took were accepted, together with a text written by myself, which then became my first feature as a model/burlesque dancer in a magazine. This issue - nr 48.1 - of Kultür Magazine came out in November, so now I can finally show you the photos - which we took on a very hot day last summer. If you recognize the background, it's because me and Hanna went back to the same location to do another shoot this fall, when those green leaves had turned blood red. The pics from that shoot you can see here! But now to my feature... As it was a burlesque themed issue, we of course shot me in one of my burlesque costumes. We chose my Moonlight Sonata act. As burlesque shoots are usually done in darker, more boudoir-like settings, it was fun to do something different, and do this shoot outside, in the middle of the green Swedish summer. And here are the pics that got published!
