Photography Workshop With Magdalena Martin

Last spring I was hired by fantastic photographer Magdalena Martin to be the model in a workshop she was going to hold in Stockholm's Old Town. Although Magdalena originally comes from Stockholm, she has now been living and working in Paris for many years. As Corona hit the world when the workshop was going to take place, she couldn't to fly to Sweden as planned though, and the whole thing was postponed... But a few weeks ago, just before more people started getting sick with Covid-19 again, she finally found the time to fly over to do this course in photography!

Five photographers had signed up for the workshop and we spent many hours walking around in the Old Town, thankfully with a few stops at different cafés, as the ice cold winds were not merciful that day... My hat flew off several times. Haha! Magdalena is an amazing teacher, and after ten years in front of many cameras, even I learned a few new things! I love that - it doesn't matter how long you've been doing something, you can always get better at it!

The participants seemed happy with the day, and we all got black berets straight from Paris as gifts! Although Magdalena was busy teaching, she managed to snap a few pics of me herself, which you can see below.
