Down in the Subway and up on a Roof
For about the billionth time, me and photographer Charlotte Hall recently shot together again a few weeks ago. We always have so much fun working together, and so many ideas of what we want to do in the future. This time we were assisted by the lovely Lydia Bratt, who's biggest task was to throw a big piece of red fabric attached to my waist up in the air, and then RUN, to not end up in the photo herself. She did an amazing job, and got a good workout at the same time! Haha!
We started down in the subway. I'm wearing a red tulle gown from the 40s, and Charlotte had bought a bunch of beautiful, red lilies as a prop. Whenever a train passed by we got some extra wind in the fabric, but at the second location - high up on a roof top - the wind blew so hard I thought that fabric might actually fly away with me! Haha! Of course it had to start raining too... But all in all it was, as usual when I work with Charlotte, a really fun shoot!
We also managed to take the best behind the scenes pic ever, with Lydia ending up throwing the fabric over herself...
